Thorough discussion done on planning of Fund raising events- Industry Expo/ Medical Expo/ Rotary Entrepreneur Expo BOD Approved ??Website of Club Budget-10-15 K ??Rotary Hospital Portfolio Presentation-10-15 K ??All News Paper Advertised 25k/ annum.. ??District Event participation with Rotary Hospital stall and Fundraising. ??Hospital Task force for Fundraising and progress of hospital work. ??ShouryaGatha Participants with Nigdi club- 6k ??New Trust A/C for club project- signing authority any 2 trustee and club president. ??Every 3 months All Bank Club / Trust Account presentation in BOD. ??Every month BOD metting on 2 nd Friday evening. Rotation in Directors Office. ??On Birthdays of Every Rotarian and Ann’s will donate 2000/- to New trust A/C for club projects. ??Club business meet once every month focusing on members business presentation it’s initiative for growth of every Rotarian.”Grow to Give More” - Meeting over at 8:20pm Followed by Dinner and fellowship @ 10-11 Hotel |
